At Winslet's Sewing Patterns, we want you to be delighted with your creative projects; however, due to the nature of digital goods, physical paper patterns must be returned unopened in their original factory folds within 30 days.

Ensure your physical pattern is uncut, unused, and still in its original sealed packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated return shipping address.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your patterns in a protective envelope to prevent creasing during transit and ship them back using a trackable mail service.
Receive Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
